PDF’ce dosyalarını ve kişisel verilerini sunucuya göndermez, satmaz ya da paylaşmaz. İstisnalar yalnızca senin isteğinle gönderdiklerindir: eklentiyi kaldırdığında açılan, e-posta adresi istemeyen kısa anket ve bu sitedeki iletişim formuna yazdıkların. Bu sayfa neyin, neden ve nerede tutulduğunu açıkça anlatır; “Veri sorumlusu ve hakların”, anket ve iletişim formu bölümleri birlikte 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki aydınlatma metnidir.
Kısaca
- Dosyaların yalnızca bu bilgisayarda, tarayıcının içinde işlenir; hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez.
- PDF’ce eklentisinin dosyalarını işleyen bir sunucusu, hesabı, reklamı ya da kullanım ölçümü (analitik) yoktur. İsteğe bağlı anket, iletişim formu ve bu web sitesi Google altyapısını kullanır; ayrıntılar aşağıda.
- Tercihlerin ve geçmişin yalnızca bu tarayıcıda saklanır; istediğin an silebilirsin.
- Eklentiyi kaldırırken çıkan anket isteğe bağlıdır ve e-posta adresi istemez.
- İletişim formuna yazdıkların yalnızca sana yanıt vermek için kullanılır.
Dosyaların
Birleştirme, sıkıştırma, dönüştürme, imzalama, karartma gibi tüm işlemler tarayıcının içinde, bilgisayarının işlemcisiyle yapılır. Dosyaların içeriği PDF’ce’ye ya da üçüncü kişilere iletilmez. İşlem bittiğinde sonuç yalnızca senin indirdiğin yere kaydedilir.
Bu tarayıcıda saklananlar
- Tercihler: tema, ana renk, dil, favori ve son kullanılan araçlar, araç ayarları, kayıtlı akışlar (ör. “Birleştir → Sıkıştır”), sayfa düğmesinin açık olup olmadığı ve görüneceği siteler, büyük PDF önerisinin açık olup olmadığı.
- İşlem geçmişi: son işlemlerin dosya adları, boyutları ve sonuç dosyaları; 24 saat sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve veri’den kapatabilir ya da temizleyebilirsin.
- Ekran görüntüsü geçmişi (eklenti): aldığın ekran görüntüleri; saklanacak sayıyı seçebilir, kapatabilir ya da temizleyebilirsin. Kaynak sayfanın başlığı ve yalnızca parametresiz adresi yalnızca bu tarayıcıda saklanır.
- Kayıtlı imza (isteğe bağlı): yalnızca kaydetmeyi seçersen tutulur.
- Yarım kalan ve süren işler: sekmeyi kapatsan da sürdürebilmen için üzerinde çalıştığın dosyalar ve İşler sayfasındaki uzun işler. Yarım kalan çalışmalar 3 gün, biten işler 24 saat sonra kendiliğinden silinir; daha önce de silebilirsin.
Bu veriler tarayıcının yerel depolamasında (localStorage, IndexedDB, chrome.storage.local) durur ve başka bir cihazla eşitlenmez.
İnternet bağlantısı
PDF’ce çalışmak için internete ihtiyaç duymaz, kendiliğinden hiçbir adrese veri göndermez ve uzaktan kod yüklemez. İnternete yalnızca şu durumlarda çıkılır:
- Senin açıkça istediğin bir dosya: bir PDF bağlantısına sağ tıklayıp “PDF’ce ile aç” dediğinde, web postasındaki bir eki yapıştırdığında, sayfa düğmesine bir görsel ya da PDF bıraktığında ya da büyük PDF bildirimindeki “Sıkıştır”a bastığında o dosya doğrudan bulunduğu siteden bu bilgisayara indirilir. Bunun için o siteye erişim izni ayrıca sorulur.
- Kurulum ve kaldırma sayfaları: eklenti kurulduğunda pdfce.retnus.com’daki “Hoş geldin”, kaldırıldığında “Kaldırıldı” sayfası açılır. Adrese yalnızca eklentinin arayüz dili ve sürüm numarası eklenir (ör.
?l=tr&v=0.28.10); başka hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez.
Eklenti izinleri ve nedenleri
contextMenus: sağ tık menüsündeki “PDF’ce ile aç”, “PDF’e dönüştür” ve ekran görüntüsü komutları.activeTab: araç çubuğu simgesine tıkladığında, PDF’ce sağ tık komutunu seçtiğinde ya da kısayola bastığında Chrome yalnızca açık sekmeye geçici erişim verir. PDF’ce bunu istediğin ekran görüntüsünü almak, sekmenin bir PDF gösterip göstermediğini anlamak ve o PDF’i (ya da sağ tıkladığın PDF bağlantısını veya görseli) uygulamada açmak için kullanır. Erişim sekme başka sayfaya geçince ya da kapanınca sona erer.scripting: komut verdiğinde açık sekmeye ekran görüntüsü katmanını (alan ya da öğe seçimi ve işaretleme) ekler; menüyü açtığında sekmenin PDF olup olmadığını anlamak için belge türünü okur; sayfa düğmesini açtıysan düğmeyi sayfalara ekler. Bir siteden dosya getirmeni istediğinde yalnızca o site için sorulur. Şu iki ayarı açtığında da istenir; ayarı kapatınca izin geri verilir:
- Tek tuş ekran görüntüsü kısayolu: tüm siteler için istenir; sayfalara yalnızca bu tuşu dinleyen küçük bir betik eklenir.
- Sayfa düğmesi: tüm siteler ya da yalnızca seçtiğin siteler için istenir. Düğme sayfaya yalıtılmış bir katman olarak eklenir. Yalnızca düğmeye sürüklediğin ya da bıraktığın görselin, PDF’in veya dosyanın adresini ve içeriğini alır; bir görselin ya da PDF bağlantısının üzerine geldiğinde düğmeyi öne çıkarmak için yalnızca o öğenin türüne bakar. Sayfanın geri kalanı okunmaz ve hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
- İsteğe bağlı
downloadsvenotifications: kurulumda istenmez; yalnızca Ayarlar > Genel’de “Büyük PDF’leri sıkıştırmayı öner”i açtığında istenir. Bir indirme bittiğinde yalnızca dosyanın adı, türü, boyutu ve adresine bakılır; 20 MB’tan büyük bir PDF ise bilgisayarında bir bildirim gösterilir. Bu bilgiler saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Ayarı kapatınca izinler geri verilir.
Ekran görüntüleri
Ekran görüntüsü yalnızca sen başlattığında (sağ tık, kısayol ya da araç çubuğu menüsü) ve yalnızca görünen sekmeden alınır. Görüntü bu tarayıcıda kalır; panoya yalnızca “Kopyala”ya bastığında konur.
Veri sorumlusu ve hakların (KVKK)
Aşağıdaki anket ve iletişim bölümlerinde anlatılan kişisel veriler için veri sorumlusu ve başvuru yolu aynıdır.

Kaldırma anketi (KVKK aydınlatma metni)
Eklentiyi kaldırdığında açılan sayfadaki “Neyi daha iyi yapabilirdik?” anketi, iletişim formuyla birlikte PDF’ce’ye veri gönderebildiğin iki yerden biridir. Anketi doldurmak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır; doldurmasan da hiçbir şey değişmez.

- İşlenen veriler: seçtiğin yanıtlar (kaldırma nedeni, kullanım süresi, en çok kullandığın iş, tekrar dener misin) ve yazdıysan not. Bunlarla birlikte eklenti sürümü, arayüz dili ve tarayıcı adı (Chrome ya da Edge) gönderilir. Ankette ad ya da e-posta adresi istenmez; yanıtlarınla birlikte bize IP adresi ya da cihaz kimliği iletilmez. Sayfanın yayımlandığı Blogger altyapısında Google’ın işlediği veriler için aşağıdaki “Bu web sitesi ve çerezler” bölümüne bak. - Saklama yeri ve yurt dışına aktarım: yanıtlar Google Formlar ve Google E-Tablolar’da, bu hizmetleri sunan Google’ın yurt dışındaki sunucularında saklanır. Yanıtlar kimliğini belirlemeye yetecek bilgi içermez; not alanına yine de kişisel veri yazarsan bu, verinin yurt dışına aktarılması anlamına gelir (KVKK m.9).
- Saklama süresi: yanıtlar en fazla 2 yıl saklanır, sonra silinir.
- Hakların: “Veri sorumlusu ve hakların” bölümünde sayılan haklarını bu veriler için de kullanabilirsin.
İletişim formu ve e-posta (KVKK aydınlatma metni)
pdfce.retnus.com/p/iletisim.html sayfasındaki formu doldurman tamamen isteğe bağlıdır; dilersen doğrudan help@retnus.com adresine de yazabilirsin.

Konu “Sorun bildir” ise ve kutuyu işaretli bırakırsan tarayıcı adı ve ana sürümü, işletim sistemi ve (sayfayı eklentiden açtıysan) PDF’ce sürümü de eklenir. Mesajına TC kimlik no, sağlık bilgisi ya da dosya içeriği gibi hassas veriler yazmamanı rica ederiz.
- Amaç: sana yanıt vermek ve bildirdiğin sorunu çözmek ya da önerini değerlendirmek.
- Hukuki sebep ve toplama yöntemi: veriler, “Gönder”e bastığında form aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanır; senin başlattığın yazışmaya yanıt verebilmek için veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatine (KVKK m.5/2-f) dayanır.
- Aktarım ve saklama yeri: form, bu sitenin altyapısı olan Google Blogger’ın iletişim formu özelliğiyle gönderilir ve mesaj, veri sorumlusunun Google (Gmail) e-posta kutusuna iletilir. Bu hizmetlerin sunucuları yurt dışında olduğundan, gönderdiğin veriler yurt dışına aktarılmış olur (KVKK m.9). Veriler başka hiçbir kişi ya da kurumla paylaşılmaz, pazarlama için kullanılmaz.
- Saklama süresi: yazışma, konu kapandıktan sonra en geç 1 yıl içinde silinir.

- Hakların: “Veri sorumlusu ve hakların” bölümünde sayılan haklarını bu veriler için de kullanabilirsin.
Üçüncü taraflar
Kaldırma anketi ve iletişim formu (yukarıda anlatılan Google hizmetleri) dışında hiçbir veri üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz. Google’ın bu verileri nasıl işlediği için Google Gizlilik Politikası’na bakabilirsin. Hiçbir veri satılmaz ya da reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. PDF’ce, Chrome Web Mağazası Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası’na ve Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) koşullarına uyar.
Verilerini silmek
İşlem geçmişini Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve veri’den, ekran görüntülerini Ayarlar > Ekran görüntüsü’nden temizleyebilirsin. Eklentiyi kaldırdığında tarayıcı PDF’ce’nin bu bilgisayarda sakladığı tüm verileri siler. Kurulumsuz sürümde tarayıcının site verilerini temizlemek yeterlidir. Gönderdiğin bir anket yanıtının ya da bize yazdığın e-postaların silinmesini istersen pdfce@retnus.com adresine yazman yeterli.
Bu web sitesi ve çerezler
Bu web sitesi Blogger üzerinde yayımlanır. Google; hizmeti sunmak, ziyaret istatistiklerini ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için çerez kullanır ve bu amaçla IP adresini ve tarayıcı bilgini işler. Ayrıntılar için Google’ın çerez politikasına bakabilirsin. Bu ölçüm yalnızca web sitesinin ziyaretleriyle ilgilidir; eklentinin içinde hiçbir kullanım ölçümü yapılmaz. PDF’ce does not upload, sell or share your files or personal data. The only exceptions are things you choose to send: the short optional survey that opens when you uninstall the extension, which doesn’t ask for your email, and what you write in this website’s contact form. This page explains exactly what is kept, why and where; the “Data controller and your rights”, survey and contact form sections together are the privacy notice required by Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
In short
- Your files are processed only on this computer, inside the browser; they are never uploaded to a server.
- The PDF’ce extension has no server that processes your files, no accounts, no ads and no usage analytics. The optional survey, the contact form and this website use Google’s infrastructure; details are below.
- Your preferences and history are stored only in this browser and can be deleted at any time.
- The survey shown when you uninstall is optional and does not ask for your email address.
- What you write in the contact form is only used to reply to you.
Your files
Merging, compressing, converting, signing, redacting and every other operation runs inside the browser on your computer’s processor. File contents are never sent to PDF’ce or to third parties. Results are saved only where you download them.
What is stored in this browser
- Preferences: theme, main colour, language, favourite and recent tools, tool settings, saved flows (e.g. “Merge → Compress”), whether the page button is on and the sites it appears on, whether the large PDF tip is on.
- Operation history: file names, sizes and result files of recent operations; deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can turn it off or clear it in Settings > Privacy and data.
- Screenshot history (extension): the screenshots you take; you can choose how many to keep, turn it off or clear it. The source page’s title and its address without parameters are kept, only in this browser.
- Saved signature (optional): kept only if you choose to save it.
- Unfinished and running work: the files you are working on, so you can resume after closing the tab, and long jobs on the Jobs page. Unfinished work is deleted automatically after 3 days and finished jobs after 24 hours; you can delete them sooner.
This data lives in the browser’s local storage (localStorage, IndexedDB, chrome.storage.local) and is not synced to other devices.
Internet connection
PDF’ce does not need the internet to work, never sends data anywhere on its own and does not load remote code. It goes online only in these cases:
- A file you explicitly ask for: when you right-click a PDF link and choose “Open with PDF’ce”, paste a web-mail attachment, drop an image or PDF on the page button, or press “Compress” in the large PDF notification, that file is downloaded directly from its site to this computer. Access to that site is requested separately.
- Install and uninstall pages: when the extension is installed, the “Welcome” page on pdfce.retnus.com opens; when it is removed, the “Removed” page opens. Only the extension’s interface language and version number are added to the address (e.g.
?l=en&v=0.28.10); nothing else is sent.
Extension permissions and why
contextMenus: the right-click “Open with PDF’ce”, “Convert to PDF” and screenshot commands.activeTab: when you click the toolbar button, choose a PDF’ce right-click command or press the shortcut, Chrome grants temporary access to the current tab only. PDF’ce uses it to take the screenshot you asked for, to check whether the tab is showing a PDF, and to open that PDF (or a PDF link or image you right-clicked) in the toolkit. The access ends when the tab navigates or is closed.scripting: when you ask, adds the screenshot overlay (area or element selection and annotation) to the current tab; when you open the menu, reads the tab’s document type to see whether it is a PDF; if you turned on the page button, adds the button to pages. These scripts read only the layout information they need (element positions, page size, scroll position) and the document type; page content is never sent anywhere.storage: to keep your preferences and screenshot settings.clipboardWrite: to put a screenshot on the clipboard when you press “Copy”.sidePanel: to open PDF’ce in the browser’s side panel; the panel appears only when you open it.commands: the screenshot shortcut (Alt+Shift+S).- Address bar command (
omnibox): when you typepdfceand press Space in the address bar, what you type is processed inside the extension only to match a tool name; it is not stored or sent. Anything that doesn’t start withpdfcenever reaches the extension. - Website connection (
externally_connectable): only pdfce.retnus.com can ask whether the extension is installed and, when you click, ask it to open the toolkit. The site receives only the version number and interface language; no other site can do this. - Optional site access: not requested at install. It is requested for a single site when you ask to fetch a file from it. It is also requested when you turn on one of these settings, and given back when you turn it off:
- Single-key screenshot shortcut: requested for all sites; a small script that only listens for that key is added to pages.
- Page button: requested for all sites or only the sites you choose. The button is added to the page as an isolated layer. It only takes the address and content of the image, PDF or file you drag onto it or drop on it; when you hover over an image or PDF link it checks only that element’s type to highlight the button. The rest of the page is not read and nothing is sent.
- Optional
downloadsandnotifications: not requested at install; requested only when you turn on “Suggest compressing large PDFs” in Settings > General. When a download finishes, only the file’s name, type, size and address are checked; if it is a PDF over 20 MB, a notification is shown on your computer. This information is not stored or sent anywhere. Turning the setting off gives the permissions back.
Screenshots
Screenshots are taken only when you start one (right-click, shortcut or toolbar menu) and only of the visible tab. Images stay in this browser and go to the clipboard only when you press “Copy”.
Data controller and your rights
The controller and the way to exercise your rights are the same for the personal data described in the survey and contact sections below.

- Your rights (KVKK art. 11): you can ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know who it was transferred to, ask for it to be corrected, deleted or destroyed and for those recipients to be notified, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Write to pdfce@retnus.com; you will receive a free reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. If you are in the European Union, your rights under the GDPR also apply.
Uninstall survey (privacy notice)
The “What could we have done better?” survey on the page that opens when you uninstall the extension is, together with the contact form, one of the two places where you can send data to PDF’ce. Filling it in is entirely optional.

- Data processed: the answers you pick (reason for removing, how long you used it, what you used it for most, whether you would try again) and your note if you wrote one. The extension version, interface language and browser name (Chrome or Edge) are sent with them. The survey does not ask for your name or email address, and no IP address or device identifier is sent to us with your answers. For what Google processes as the host of this website (Blogger), see “This website and cookies” below. Please don’t write personal data such as your name, ID number, phone or email in the note.
- Purpose: to improve PDF’ce.
- Legal basis and collection method: the data is collected electronically through the form when you press “Send”, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the product (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Storage and transfer abroad: answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, on the servers of Google, which provides these services, outside Türkiye. The answers are not enough to identify you; if you still write personal data in the note, that data is transferred abroad (KVKK art. 9).
- Retention: answers are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted.
- Your rights: you can exercise the rights listed under “Data controller and your rights” for this data too.
Contact form and email (privacy notice)
Filling in the form at pdfce.retnus.com/p/iletisim.html is entirely optional; you can also simply write to help@retnus.com.

- Data processed: your email address, your name if you enter it, the topic you choose and your message. If the topic is “Report a problem” and you leave the box ticked, your browser name and major version, operating system and (if you opened the page from the extension) PDF’ce version are added. Please don’t include sensitive data such as ID numbers, health details or file contents.
- Purpose: to reply to you and to fix the problem you report or consider your idea.
- Legal basis and collection method: the data is collected electronically through the form when you press “Send” and is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in answering a conversation you started (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Transfer and storage: the form is sent using the contact form feature of Google Blogger, which hosts this website, and the message is delivered to the controller’s Google (Gmail) mailbox. As these services run on servers outside Türkiye, the data you send is transferred abroad (KVKK art. 9). It is not shared with anyone else and is never used for marketing.
- Retention: the conversation is deleted no later than 1 year after the matter is closed.
- If you email us directly: we use your email address and message only to reply to you and never share them; the same retention period applies.
- Your rights: you can exercise the rights listed under “Data controller and your rights” for this data too.
Third parties
Apart from the uninstall survey and the contact form (the Google services described above), no data is transferred to third parties. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data. No data is sold or used for advertising. PDF’ce complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
Clear operation history in Settings > Privacy and data and screenshots in Settings > Screenshots. Uninstalling the extension removes everything PDF’ce stored on this computer. For the no-install version, clearing the browser’s site data is enough. To have a survey answer or the emails you sent us deleted, just write to pdfce@retnus.com.
This website and cookies
This website is published on Blogger. Google uses cookies to deliver the service, measure visits and prevent abuse, and processes your IP address and browser details for these purposes. See Google’s cookie policy for details. This measurement concerns visits to the website only; nothing is measured inside the extension. No files are uploaded here, and the PDF’ce extension uses no cookies. When you dismiss the cookie notice, that choice is stored only in your browser.
Changes and contact

PDF’ce no sube, vende ni comparte tus archivos ni tus datos personales. Las únicas excepciones son lo que tú decides enviar: la breve encuesta opcional que se abre al desinstalar la extensión, que no pide tu correo, y lo que escribes en el formulario de contacto de este sitio. Esta página explica exactamente qué se guarda, por qué y dónde; las secciones “Responsable y tus derechos”, de la encuesta y del formulario de contacto forman juntas el aviso de privacidad exigido por la Ley n.º 6698 de Protección de Datos Personales de Turquía (KVKK).
En resumen
- Tus archivos se procesan solo en este ordenador, dentro del navegador; nunca se suben a un servidor.
- La extensión PDF’ce no tiene ningún servidor que procese tus archivos, ni cuentas, ni anuncios, ni analítica de uso. La encuesta opcional, el formulario de contacto y este sitio web usan la infraestructura de Google; los detalles están más abajo.
- Tus preferencias y tu historial se guardan solo en este navegador y puedes borrarlos cuando quieras.
- La encuesta que aparece al desinstalar es opcional y no pide tu correo.
- Lo que escribes en el formulario de contacto solo se usa para responderte.
Tus archivos
Unir, comprimir, convertir, firmar, ocultar datos y cualquier otra operación se ejecuta dentro del navegador con el procesador de tu ordenador. El contenido de los archivos nunca se envía a PDF’ce ni a terceros. Los resultados se guardan solo donde los descargas.
Qué se guarda en este navegador
- Preferencias: tema, color principal, idioma, herramientas favoritas y recientes, ajustes de las herramientas, flujos guardados (p. ej. “Unir → Comprimir”), si el botón de página está activado y en qué sitios aparece, si el aviso de PDF grandes está activado.
- Historial de operaciones: nombres, tamaños y archivos de resultado de las operaciones recientes; se eliminan automáticamente a las 24 horas. Puedes desactivarlo o borrarlo en Ajustes > Privacidad y datos.
- Historial de capturas (extensión): las capturas que haces; puedes elegir cuántas guardar, desactivarlo o borrarlo. De la página de origen se guardan el título y la dirección sin parámetros, solo en este navegador.
- Firma guardada (opcional): solo se guarda si decides hacerlo.
- Trabajo sin terminar y en curso: los archivos con los que trabajas, para que puedas seguir aunque cierres la pestaña, y las tareas largas de la página Tareas. El trabajo sin terminar se borra automáticamente a los 3 días y las tareas terminadas a las 24 horas; puedes borrarlos antes.
Estos datos están en el almacenamiento local del navegador (localStorage, IndexedDB, chrome.storage.local) y no se sincronizan con otros dispositivos.
Conexión a internet
PDF’ce no necesita internet para funcionar, nunca envía datos por su cuenta y no carga código remoto. Solo se conecta en estos casos:
- Un archivo que pides expresamente: cuando haces clic derecho en un enlace PDF y eliges “Abrir con PDF’ce”, pegas un adjunto de correo web, sueltas una imagen o un PDF en el botón de página o pulsas “Comprimir” en el aviso de PDF grande, ese archivo se descarga directamente desde su sitio a este ordenador. El acceso a ese sitio se pide aparte.
- Páginas de instalación y desinstalación: al instalar la extensión se abre la página “Bienvenida” de pdfce.retnus.com y al quitarla, la página “Eliminada”. A la dirección solo se añaden el idioma de la interfaz y el número de versión (p. ej.
?l=es&v=0.28.10); no se envía nada más.
Permisos de la extensión y por qué
contextMenus: los comandos del menú contextual “Abrir con PDF’ce”, “Convertir a PDF” y de captura.activeTab: cuando pulsas el botón de la barra de herramientas, eliges un comando de PDF’ce en el menú contextual o pulsas el atajo, Chrome concede acceso temporal solo a la pestaña actual. PDF’ce lo usa para hacer la captura que pides, comprobar si la pestaña muestra un PDF y abrir ese PDF (o el enlace a PDF o la imagen en la que hiciste clic derecho) en las herramientas. El acceso termina cuando la pestaña cambia de página o se cierra.scripting: cuando lo pides, añade a la pestaña actual la capa de captura (selección de área o elemento y anotación); al abrir el menú, lee el tipo de documento de la pestaña para saber si es un PDF; si activaste el botón de página, lo añade a las páginas. Estos scripts solo leen la información de diseño necesaria (posición de elementos, tamaño de página, posición de desplazamiento) y el tipo de documento; el contenido de la página nunca se envía a ningún sitio.storage: para guardar tus preferencias y los ajustes de capturas.clipboardWrite: para copiar una captura al portapapeles cuando pulsas “Copiar”.sidePanel: para abrir PDF’ce en el panel lateral del navegador; el panel solo aparece cuando lo abres.commands: el atajo de captura (Alt+Shift+S).- Comando en la barra de direcciones (
omnibox): cuando escribespdfcey pulsas Espacio en la barra de direcciones, lo que escribes se procesa dentro de la extensión solo para encontrar una herramienta; no se guarda ni se envía. Lo que no empieza porpdfcenunca llega a la extensión. - Conexión con el sitio web (
externally_connectable): solo pdfce.retnus.com puede preguntar si la extensión está instalada y, cuando haces clic, pedirle que abra las herramientas. El sitio solo recibe el número de versión y el idioma de la interfaz; ningún otro sitio puede hacerlo. - Acceso opcional a sitios: no se pide al instalar. Se pide para un solo sitio cuando quieres obtener un archivo de él. También se pide al activar uno de estos ajustes, y se devuelve al desactivarlo:
- Atajo de captura de una tecla: se pide para todos los sitios; se añade a las páginas un pequeño script que solo escucha esa tecla.
- Botón de página: se pide para todos los sitios o solo para los que elijas. El botón se añade a la página como una capa aislada. Solo toma la dirección y el contenido de la imagen, el PDF o el archivo que arrastras o sueltas en él; al pasar sobre una imagen o un enlace PDF solo comprueba el tipo de ese elemento para resaltar el botón. El resto de la página no se lee y no se envía nada.
downloadsynotificationsopcionales: no se piden al instalar; solo cuando activas “Sugerir comprimir PDF grandes” en Ajustes > General. Cuando termina una descarga solo se comprueban el nombre, el tipo, el tamaño y la dirección del archivo; si es un PDF de más de 20 MB, se muestra un aviso en tu ordenador. Esta información no se guarda ni se envía. Al desactivar el ajuste se devuelven los permisos.
Capturas
Las capturas se hacen solo cuando tú las inicias (clic derecho, atajo o menú de la barra de herramientas) y solo de la pestaña visible. Las imágenes se quedan en este navegador y solo van al portapapeles cuando pulsas “Copiar”.
Responsable y tus derechos
El responsable y la forma de ejercer tus derechos son los mismos para los datos personales descritos en las secciones de la encuesta y de contacto.

- Tus derechos (art. 11 de la KVKK): puedes preguntar si se tratan tus datos y pedir información sobre ellos, conocer la finalidad y si se usan conforme a ella, saber a quién se transfirieron, pedir que se corrijan, se borren o se destruyan y que se informe a esos destinatarios, oponerte a un resultado en tu contra derivado solo de un análisis automatizado y reclamar una indemnización por los daños de un tratamiento ilícito. Escribe a pdfce@retnus.com; recibirás una respuesta gratuita en un plazo de 30 días. Si no estás conforme, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Autoridad de Protección de Datos Personales de Turquía. Si estás en la Unión Europea, también se aplican tus derechos según el RGPD.
Encuesta de desinstalación (aviso de privacidad)
La encuesta “¿Qué podríamos haber hecho mejor?” de la página que se abre al desinstalar la extensión es, junto con el formulario de contacto, uno de los dos lugares desde los que puedes enviar datos a PDF’ce. Rellenarla es totalmente opcional.

- Datos tratados: las respuestas que eliges (motivo, cuánto tiempo lo usaste, para qué lo usaste más, si lo volverías a probar) y tu nota si escribiste una. Junto con ellas se envían la versión de la extensión, el idioma de la interfaz y el nombre del navegador (Chrome o Edge). La encuesta no pide tu nombre ni tu correo, y con tus respuestas no se nos envía ninguna dirección IP ni identificador del dispositivo. Para lo que Google trata como alojamiento de este sitio (Blogger), consulta “Este sitio web y las cookies” más abajo. Por favor, no escribas datos personales como tu nombre, DNI, teléfono o correo en la nota.
- Finalidad: mejorar PDF’ce.
- Base jurídica y forma de recogida: los datos se recogen electrónicamente mediante el formulario cuando pulsas “Enviar”, por nuestro interés legítimo en mejorar el producto (art. 5/2-f de la KVKK).
- Almacenamiento y transferencia internacional: las respuestas se guardan en Google Forms y Google Sheets, en servidores de Google, que presta estos servicios, fuera de Turquía. Las respuestas no bastan para identificarte; si aun así escribes datos personales en la nota, esos datos se transfieren al extranjero (art. 9 de la KVKK).
- Conservación: las respuestas se conservan hasta 2 años y después se borran.
- Tus derechos: puedes ejercer los derechos enumerados en “Responsable y tus derechos” también sobre estos datos.
Formulario de contacto y correo (aviso de privacidad)
Rellenar el formulario de pdfce.retnus.com/p/iletisim.html es totalmente opcional; también puedes escribir directamente a help@retnus.com.

- Datos tratados: tu correo, tu nombre si lo escribes, el tema que eliges y tu mensaje. Si el tema es “Informar de un problema” y dejas la casilla marcada, se añaden el nombre y la versión principal del navegador, el sistema operativo y (si abriste la página desde la extensión) la versión de PDF’ce. No incluyas datos sensibles como números de identidad, datos de salud o el contenido de archivos.
- Finalidad: responderte y resolver el problema que informas o valorar tu idea.
- Base jurídica y forma de recogida: los datos se recogen electrónicamente mediante el formulario al pulsar “Enviar” y se basan en el interés legítimo del responsable en responder a una conversación que tú iniciaste (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Transferencia y almacenamiento: el formulario se envía con la función de formulario de contacto de Google Blogger, que aloja este sitio, y el mensaje llega al buzón de Google (Gmail) del responsable. Como estos servicios funcionan en servidores fuera de Turquía, los datos se transfieren al extranjero (KVKK art. 9). No se comparten con nadie más ni se usan para marketing.
- Conservación: la conversación se borra como máximo 1 año después de cerrar el asunto.
- Si nos escribes directamente por correo: usamos tu dirección y tu mensaje solo para responderte y nunca los compartimos; se aplica el mismo plazo de conservación.
- Tus derechos: puedes ejercer los derechos enumerados en “Responsable y tus derechos” también sobre estos datos.
Terceros
Aparte de la encuesta de desinstalación y el formulario de contacto (los servicios de Google descritos arriba), ningún dato se transfiere a terceros. Consulta la Política de privacidad de Google para saber cómo trata Google estos datos. Ningún dato se vende ni se usa con fines publicitarios. PDF’ce cumple la Política de datos de usuario de Chrome Web Store, incluidos los requisitos de Uso limitado.
Borrar tus datos
Borra el historial de operaciones en Ajustes > Privacidad y datos y las capturas en Ajustes > Capturas. Al desinstalar la extensión se elimina todo lo que PDF’ce guardó en este ordenador. En la versión sin instalación basta con borrar los datos del sitio en el navegador. Si quieres que se borre una respuesta de la encuesta o los correos que nos enviaste, escribe a pdfce@retnus.com.
Este sitio web y las cookies
Este sitio web se publica en Blogger. Google usa cookies para ofrecer el servicio, medir las visitas y evitar abusos, y trata tu dirección IP y los datos de tu navegador con esos fines. Consulta la política de cookies de Google para más detalles. Esta medición solo se refiere a las visitas al sitio web; dentro de la extensión no se mide nada. Aquí no se suben archivos y la extensión PDF’ce no usa cookies. Al cerrar el aviso de cookies, esa elección se guarda solo en tu navegador.
